Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems Introduces High-Efficiency Gas Furnace Line with Fully Modulating Units

Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems, a leading supplier of HVAC equipment, introduces a new high-efficiency line of gas furnaces with an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of up to 97 percent.
One of the first units available in the new line is the Evolution® 987M fully modulating gas furnace with load matching performance. A modulating gas valve is capable of adjusting from 40 to 100 percent of capacity, enabling lower speeds over longer periods of time for optimum energy efficiency.

White-Rodgers newsWIRe Features Direct Replacement Silicon Carbide Ignitors

White-Rodgers just released the latest edition of the newsWiRe featuring White-Rodgers direct replacement Silicon Carbide Ignitors. One of the Carbide ignitors to check out is a mini-ignitor 767A-378 that will replace a Goodman mini-ignitor, like-for-like. The 767A-378 includes a special bracket to replace larger (previous Goodman version) ignitors too.

Behler-Young Participates in the University of Michigan Transplant Center Michitanki Golf Classic

Behler-Young participated in the Adopt A Bunk Sponsorship for the 2011 Camp. The event benefited Camp Michitanki ("Michigan Transplant Kids"), the U-M Transplant Center's week-long summer camp for kids who have received heart, lung, liver or kidney transplants. In its first year, the camp hosted 40 campers. Now in its fifth year, the 2011 camp is expected to host 100 young campers.
NHL referee Dan O'Halloran was the official Master of Ceremonies for the Camp Michitanki Golf Classic event. A long-time supporter of Camp Michitanki, O'Halloran refereed the 2007 Stanley Cup finals. O'Halloran's son is a liver transplant recipient, former camper and current counselor at Camp Michitanki.

Schaafsma Heating & Cooling Named Bryant Dealer of the Year

Schaafsma Heating & Cooling from Grand Rapids was named 2010 Bryant Dealer of the Year. Each year, hundreds of Bryant dealers from all over the United States and Canada have the opportunity to compete head-to-head in Bryant's Medal of Excellence (MOE) program, and one is crowned Dealer of the Year. Schaafsma Heating & Cooling was one of the final 15 Medal of Excellence winners and the one awarded 2010 Bryant Dealer of the Year. What an accomplishment!!!!
The MOE program consists of a dealer scorecard that measures dealer performance, with a focus on business results. Key measurement areas are Bryant sales growth (year over year), product mix, customer satisfaction, and program participation. Dealers compete in one of three sales tiers, designed to "level the playing field" for dealers of any size. The top-scoring dealer in each of the three sales tiers for each of the five regions is invited to attend the national awards event, where the Dealer of the Year is crowned. This is where Schaafsma was crowned Dealer of the Year in front of over 600 attendees.
Ask your Territory Manager how you can participate this year and be in the running for the 2011 Bryant Dealer of the Year. Any Bryant dealer with two full years (Jan. - Dec.) of purchases may participate, be a regional finalist and attend the awards event, however, only a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer can reign as Bryant's Dealer of the Year.
