Technical Support

Behler-Young has skilled and talented Technical Support personnel. From our field sales representatives to the counter associates, we provide extensive technical support, training and accreditation services. We have rooftop replacement experts that can help contractors select the right curb adapter, provide design assistance, develop submittal drawings and quote everything on the job from the bolts to the furnace.

Each Call or email request will be handled by our qualified associate who provide solutions for jobs requiring technical expertise.

Our Customer Assurance Department consists of Larry Mullins, Garry Kaatz who have over 70 years of HVAC/R experience. Larry services from Lasing West and Gary from Lansing east. Larry or Gary can be reached at 1-800-968-3508 any time. They provide:

  • Provide over the phone technical support on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Perform job-site visits in order to assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Review, assess, and resolve warranty related disputes with contractors and homeowners
  • Provide technical, product, and sales training to HVAC contractors
