TRUaire's T-Bar Lay-In egg crate grilles and registers feature a clean crisp architectural appearance and are manufactured using the highest quality materials to provide strength and durability. The TRUaire egg crate grilles have the highest free area of any grille or register which means they are well suited for applications that require high return or exhaust air flow. Along with high free area they feature low pressure drop and low sound.

They are constructed of thin, interlocked aluminum or acrylic strips assembled in a 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 in square grid and are available with either a steel or aluminum panel. The egg crate registers are supplied with an aluminum opposed blade damper that has a screwdriver adjustment which is accessible through the face of the registers. Both the egg crate grilles and registers have a durable pristine white powder coat finish.
